• SENATI complies to give to its clients permanent satisfaction in matters of instruction and professional training, as well as in other technical services offered.
• Consequently, SENATI:
• Manages its processes in a systematic way with an approach of continuous improvement in order to reach the quality and level of satisfaction required by its clients, apprentices, students, users and companies of diverse productive services.
• Promotes professional development, as well as occupational wellbeing, health and security of its personnel for a safety, efficient, effective and gratifying institutional accomplishment.
• Observes legislations, rules and regulations in matters of environment and occupational security that are related with its activities and conforms the requirements of international and institutional Management Systems.
• Develops services oriented towards pollution prevention, rational use of resources, occupational health and security, and improvement of its accomplishments, including all these aspects in its curricula and in its activities of professional instruction and training.
