Certification ISO 9001 |

- Without doubt, the most important fact in 2000 has been obtaining the ISO 9001
certification. The certification process endured one year and a half and culminated in 31 December 1999. The process found its groundwork in the permanent support of the National Council of SENATI and the participation of all the personnel of the institution.
- This certification ISO 9001, granted by Bureau Veritas Quality International, allows us to be leaders in Latin America in subjects related to quality assurance in the training and professional instruction field.

- After three years of applying this system, SENATI is implementing a System of Quality Management according to the requirements of ISO-9001: 2000.

A Path through ISO-14001: 1996 |

- There is also an implementation of the System of Environmental Management according to requirements of ISO 14001: 1996. In 2002 took place the technical studies to identify the environmental aspects and impacts, as well as definition of the Environmental Program and the elaboration of the norms related to it. At the moment, we are in the final phase of implementation.

- SENATI is implementing an Integrated System of Management, that in addition to the System of Quality Management and to the System of Environmental Management, it also includes the Administrative and Financial processes.
